2023 Halfway to Halloween Call for Vendors
Vendor Agreement / Contract
Thank you for your interest in our event! Application submission is FREE! Please give a description and include photos of your booth/setup and items you intend to sell at Halfway to Halloween. Items may be hand made or collectable in nature, any media form accepted. If you are a food Truck please include photos of your menu, truck or trailer, license and insurance. Submissions will be accepted from June 20, 2022 to April 1, 2023. In the event that we sell out of booth spaces, we will close the call for vendors early. Judging will take place periodically during the submission period. Applicants will be notified on the 15 of each month. . 10x10: $65.00
10x15: $85.00
No spaces will be reserved without submission of vendor application and payment through the website Vendor has 7 days from approval to complete payment, failure to do so vendor will forfeit space. If space is forfeited, the vendor must reapply.
Early set up will be on Friday, May 5, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Spencer’s Events will provide security over night. Day of set up begins at 7:00 AM.
All sellers will be prepared by 10:00 AM to begin selling to the public.
Photographs submitted with the vendor application will be used for promotional purposes.
Vendors are responsible for bringing their own change, bags, and tables (unless tables are rented, see application). Vendors are also responsible for the security of items in which they choose to sell. Spencer’s Events and Washtenaw Farm Council Grounds are in no way responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged goods or money.
Vendors must keep their items in the area in which they are assigned. Items may not be spread out into other vendor’s areas or in any walkways.
Vendors are responsible for pricing and price-tagging their own items.
Vendors are expected to stay until the sale ends at 6:00 PM. Vendors may not begin packing up until the show ends.
There is no multi level marketing or direct sales allowed.
Spencer’s Events and vendors agree to follow CDC/State guidelines concerning COVID 19 safety.
No refunds or future event credits for cancellations or inclement weather. Show will remain open rain, snow, or shine.
By remitting payment you agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement.
